Days 1 - 2
Delhi - immerse into city life
Explore Delhi with your city expert. This experience can be customised depending on your interests. Steeped in history, yet overflowing with modern life, there are forts, palaces, India’s largest mosque, Jama Masjid, old market places, colourful bazaar’s, museums and art galleries. We will showcase a wide diversity of arts and crafts and the evolution of art in India before visiting Gandhi Smriti to understand the life and philosophy of Mahatma Gandhi. A fantastic few days exploration of this fascinating country.

Days 3 - 4
Royal Heritage Haveli - Jhalana Safari
After an early breakfast, we shall transfer by road to Jaipur, the capital of India’s Rajasthan state, and India’s famed pink city, with its many historic forts and palaces. We will visit the old city market, the city Palace and the Jantar Mantar Observatory in the evening, all with your English-speaking city expert. A visit to AmerFort and an afternoon wilderness safari at the Jhalana Wildlife Sanctuary which lies in the landscape of the Aravali Mountain range. There is a good chance to see leopards, hyenas and more.
Accommodation: stay in the beautiful Royal Heritage Haveli boutique hotel. With plush interiors, rooms come complete with views of rambling lawns, serene courtyards, and stately living areas.
Days 5 - 6
Birder's Inn, Bharatpur - Keoladeo Ghana
You will be staying a mere stone’s throw from the entrance to the Keoladeo Ghana National Park, recognised by UNESCO as a World Herigate site on the account of the sheer diversity and richness of its bird life. We will be organising three excursions to the park over these two days. Some 364 species of birds have been recorded in the park, which is one of the major wintering areas for large numbers of aquatic birds from Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, China and Siberia.

Day 7
Trident Hotel, Agra - the iconic Taj Mahal
Explore the city of love and longing, meticulously planned, built and nurtured by three successive Mughal emperors. Visitors to Agra are transfixed by the medieval charms retained by this city made famous by the Taj Mahal. A city where forts, museums and monuments blend harmoniously with their surrounding nature. Step into the Mehtab Bagh, a beautifully laid out garden on the other side of the Yamuna to be wowed by another spectacular view. Some say its the most memorable view of the Taj.

Days 8 - 10
Reni Pani Jungle Lodge - tiger safari
Experience adventures of nature, grandeur of heritage and an insight of the local lifestyle. Madhya Pradesh’s largest tiger reserve, Satpura tiger reserve, is a large park which is formed by combining three wildlife sanctuaries into one tiger reserve. Open jeep safaris and boat or walking safaris, you can be sure to enjoy these unique ways to explore the park. The naturalists are knowledgeable and can give you some insight into local species and their behaviour. Explore wilderness like never before!
Accommodation: the cosy cottages at Reni Pani are all you need for a peaceful retreat in the woods. Built with indigenous materials and possessing viewing decks, rejuvenate yourself amidst nature!
Days 11 - 12
Bori Safari Lodge - explore jungles
The lodge is located just a few kilometres from the park gate of Bori Wildlife Sanctuary. The Bori Wildlife Sanctuary is one of the most exciting emerging tiger landscapes in Madhya Pradesh and is home to tigers, sloth bears, leopards, wild dogs, giant squirrels and a variety of other Central Indian species of birds and animals. This destination is less explored, far from the usual tourist hotspots and is a haven for nature lovers. With several safari’s planned, you’ll be sure to make the most of these fascinating jungles.
Accommodation: tucked amidst the lush and rustic locale of Dhapada village, sit back and enjoy the serene ambience of the farmlands from the private deck of your dwelling.
Days 13 - 15
Pench Tree Lodge - tiger safaris
Pench National Park can be accessed by the Karamajhiri gate which is just 20 minutes from the lodge. The Park is a wild playground harbouring the country’s maximum density of prey animals, which are chased by an estimated 65 Tigers. Pench boasts of one of the highest numbers of prey base for the predators in any of the central Indian jungles. So, there is always something there to see and Pench park houses a good number of predators ranging from jackals, wild dogs, wolves to leopards and tigers.
