Days 1 - 2
Elerai Camp - Marvel at Mt Kilimanjaro
Elerai Camp is located on 5,000 acres of private, unspoilt conservation area on the foothills of Mt Kilimanjaro, just 12km southeast of Amboseli National Park. It’s a community focused lodge situated in its own conservancy, surrounded by vast untouched lands and one of the best views of Mt Kilimanjaro (provided the skies are clear) and traditional Maasai villages dotted around; a great first taste of authentic Kenya.
Accommodation: deluxe en-suite tents or cottage rooms. Enjoy incredible views of Mt Kilimanjaro from your private veranda. The camp has a restaurant, bar and lounge area with open fire and a swimming pool to enjoy.
Days 3 - 5
Naibor Camp - Masai Mara National Park
This stunning tented camp hidden within a riverine woodland grove on the banks of the Talek river is the perfect spot to get away from the modern world and enjoy an escape back to nature. As soon as you leave the camp for your safari drives, the excitement can begin with big cats, hyenas, elephants and buffalo often being seen on the plains and located just minutes away from the camp is one of the world-famous wildebeest crossing sites.
Accommodation: each luxury en-suite canvas tent is a private unit complete with shady veranda. An outstanding base from which to embark on unforgettable explorations of the famed Masai Mara.
Days 6 – 9
Majlis Resort – beach paradise on Lamu Island
The Archipelago of Lamu is a hidden gem, off the main tourist route and a place which whisks you back in time, as you watch the traditional wooden dhow boats sail by and donkeys carrying loads go past, not a car to be seen. Majlis Resort is a luxury beach hotel situated on Manda island just across the water from the main island of Lamu and a relaxing 10-minute boat ride across the water from Shela village.
